My passion for cooking began in childhood, inspired by my dad who taught me fundamental cooking and kitchen techniques. I started by perfecting rice, including the crispy rice cake, and went on to master several Persian stews and main dishes like ghormeh sabzi, gheymeh, kuku sabzi, ash-e jo, and ash-e reshteh. I also enjoy baking bread and other treats.
